The aim of Redeemer’s Discipleship Training is to equip men and women for the work of making disciples in the places they live, work, and play.
These groups are open to men and women and are aimed at developing the student in his or her understanding of God’s Word by teaching the what of biblical doctrine as well as the how of bible intake.
These tracks are aimed at directing men and women in their attempts to take the word of God and apply it to efforts in making disciples in the spaces in which they live, work, and play.
We will do this by crafting and implementing courses that pertain to specific areas of discipleship ministry in life, the home, and the local church. These contexts for ministry may include parenting, leading community groups, counseling, as well as personal and group evangelism,
This track intendes to deploy men into pastoral leadership in a local church, whether that be at Redeemer Church or a like-minded church plant.
Redeemer will seek to work with Cities Church, as well as other Cities Church plants, in order to accomplish this goal.
