This coming August my wife Natika and I will have been married for 10 years! We have two princesses at home: Elise (4) and Alice (2). We are also expecting a little boy late in April. I came to trust in Jesus at a small country church outside of Brainerd, MN. The Lord used the youth group where I met Natika to shape the trajectory of my life significantly.
I love local sports, books, blogs, and roundtable discussions. When I’m not at home you can locate me at one of the local (or not so local) coffee shops.
I am happily married to my beautiful bride Amelia. She and I have been married for five years and have two children: Lydia (2) and Caleb (due in April). I grew up in a nominally Catholic family and had little understanding of God and his word until high school. It was at that time that my family began attending a protestant church where I was first introduced to the gospel and encouraged to read the Bible. At some point during that year, God called me to turn from my sin and follow Jesus.
I love playing soccer, writing, and adventuring outdoors. I also greatly enjoy reading theology, fiction, and the comics section of the newspaper.
I’ve been married to my lovely wife Allie for almost eight years, and we have three beautiful kids: Ella (6), Asher (4), and Emmy (2). Although I grew up in a very stable Christian home, I didn’t believe the gospel until late in the summer of 2010. I spent those months working at Trout Lake Camp surrounded by other men who took the entire bible seriously. Somewhere amidst conversing with them and a renewed approach to reading the Bible, I understood the gospel for the first time and put my trust in Jesus.
I like to play golf (just once a year nowadays), Ping Pong (even less frequently), and either read or listen to books. I also thoroughly enjoy coffee, tea, early mornings, and nights with my family.
